National Membership Overview
Individuals interested in the organ and choral music fields are invited to join the American Guild of Organists. Membership is open to everyone, regardless of denominational affiliation or musical ability.
Membership in the AGO brings the following benefits:

Chapter Friend Membership Overview
Chapter Friend membership is for those who are interested in the news and activities of our chapter, but don’t desire the benefits of AGO National Membership.
Membership as an AGO Annapolis Chapter Friend brings the following benefits:
- Monthly newsletter, THE ANTIPHON, which contains news of local AGO events as well
as special organ and church-music events in our area, which includes Anne Arundel
County and Southern Maryland - The ability to share news of events in your own church which are open to the public,
such as concerts, recitals, or music workshops. - Inclusion in and access to our chapter membership directory
- The opportunity to join a community of fellow lovers of organ music by attending
Annapolis AGO concerts, workshops and social events.
This is considered appropriate for church musicians who do not get paid for their music leadership in the church and for others who want to encourage and support organists and church music.
