Gloria Dei! is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate musician to lead the music ministry of the church.  Duties include playing for 1-2 weekly Sunday services, directing and accompanying the adult and children/youth choirs. Familiarity and experience in church music and liturgy are preferred. Musical instruments include a Makin English Cathedral 2 manual digital organ and Baldwin Baby grand piano.  Salary commensurate with experience.

MUSICIAN
Trinity Episcopal Mission ~ Upper Marlboro, MD

Trinity Episcopal Mission in Upper Marlboro, MD seeks a musician with keyboard skills (if possible, organ (Tracker)). The musician will help plan, accompany, and lead the congregation each Sunday for the 10:30 am service (hours: 10:00 – 12:00 am). Experience with Christian liturgy is helpful but not required. Familiarity with a broad repertoire of Christian music is preferred. Planning is done with the help of the pastor and administrator. Compensation starts at $200 per Sunday. Please contact Rev. Duties include rehearsing the chancel choir and bell choir (two hours per week), playing the organ, and directing these choirs at Sunday morning worship services (one hour per week). MUSIC DIRECTOR
Capitol Hill United Methodist Church ~ Washington, DC

The Music Director is responsible for the music and worship programs, under the direction of the Senior Pastor and Staff Pastor-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC), including all Sunday services and other services like holiday and Holy Week services.
The organ is a 1939 Whitelegg/Möller organ, restored in 2009 by David Story.
